Beschreibung
Selected by Ben Marcus as winner of the Mary McCarthy Prize in Short Fiction, "Catapult"'s stories depict lives of longing without closure and intentions gone awry. Fridlund's "History Of Wolves" was shortlisted for the 2017 Man Booker, and "Catapult" looks set to gain comparable acclaim with the strange and human tragicomedies arrayed here.
