This book is all about the isolation of AmpC producing E.COLI from different clinical samples and determination of their resistance to diffierent antibiotics. Moreover book the book is consisting of different graphs describing their distribution among gender, hospital wards and various invasive procedures. Isolation procedure includes bacterial culturing, gram staining,conventional biochemical methods(Ur-Ease, Cit-Rate test, Ind-Ole Test, Tsi) and API 20E. Furthermore AmpC BETA Lactamse detection was carried out by inhibitor based method.
