Beschreibung

The Philippines has been plagued by crimes throughout the history. It is define as any act or omission which the law forbids and for which it prescribes punishments to be administered by the state through a proceeding in its own name. More or less thousands of crime incidents have been recorded by the Philippine National Police every year. But of course existence of crimes is normal since a society that is exempt from it is utterly impossible. We often assume that crime exist because of undying and endless poverty, unemployment and poor economic conditions. One of the reasons is their desires and needs. Desire is a sense of longing for a person or object or hoping for an outcome. Desires motivate them to commit crime, especially in sexual desire. These problems are continuously unresolved and increasing in number.
