Beschreibung
Meet Klara, an Artificial Friend, who, from her place in the store, carefully watches the behaviour of those who come in and those who pass in the street. She remains hopeful a customer will choose her, but when the possibility emerges that her circumstances may change, Klara is warned not to invest too much in the promises of humans. A stunning new novel, that asks, what does it mean to love? The first novel by Kazuo Ishiguro since he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2017.
